The KS1 Fitness is Fun Festival, is a mixture of fitness-based activities like HITT, Relays and Circuit training. Exercises are adapted to the age group and are focused on introducing fitness training to students.

The festival will take place at Derby Arena, which is an indoor sports hall style venue.

Schools can book either an AM or PM slot. AM session will run from 9:30 – 11:30 & the PM Slot will run from 12:30 – 14:30.

Children need to be in PE kit and have water bottles.
