Our Mental Health Projects
We run a number of mental health projects to support the wellbeing of anybody who may need our help.
Our projects range from drop-in sessions for those feeling worries or anxious through to providing sessions for those with diagnosed mental health problems.
Our trained staff are not mental health professionals but can signpost any participants to further help where needed. Sessions are designed to support the wellbeing of those struggling with their mental health through physical activity and social interaction.
We can also provide training opportunities within mental health for individuals, professionals and teachers.
