We take pride in all the communities we reach out to, and that's no different to the LGBTQ+ community. 

Everyone should be able to play football; regardless of sexual orientation, gender or ability. Unfortunately, homophobia still exists in the game, leaving some feeling they can't participate or be part of a club.

Pride Park Pride aims to bring the local LGBTQ+ community together; providing a safe space to socialise, chat and enjoy football  in the heart of the club and in our own home.

FOOTBALL SESSIONS

Our football sessions take place at the Racecourse, Derby (DE21 6AL) each Wednesday from 6-7pm.

Sessions will see us take part in drills and play small-sided football matches between participants, which will be free of charge. 

Participants should wear appropriate clothing for playing football and we recommend shin-pads for safety. There will be changing room facilities available, but please speak to a member of DCCT staff should you require access to these. We can also provide spaces that are gender-neutral, but please do ask staff for more information or access to these spaces too.
