Women’s Health

Feel empowered to prioritise your health

Derby County Community Trust care about Women’s Health. The aim of our Women’s Health programme is support women so they feel empowered to manage conditions such as endometriosis and menopause. We do this through educational workshops, exercise, mindfulness and by creating a safe space for women to come together and feel heard.

We offer a free 6-month community programme that you can find out more information about by completing the form below.

Menopause offer

We’re working with local businesses and communities to ensure women get the support they need to tackle the symptoms and side effects of the menopause in an inclusive and welcoming environment.

Endometriosis offer

Our Endometriosis programme is designed to support anyone with endometriosis or suspected endometriosis (no diagnosis needed). We support through educational workshops, exercise, mindfulness and by creating a safe space for women to come together and feel heard.

“Mentally nothing has helped me like this. I don’t think people speak enough about how menopause affects you mentally. It is embarrassing and we often tell ourselves to get on with it, but your hormones do crazy things. It is very intense.
