Meet Tony
Tony heard about some of our sessions on the radio and has since become our number one social events planner, committee member and most importantly, resident quiz master (who occasionally takes on the role of DJ!)
He's not only gained from the physical benefits of exercise but has expanded his social circle and is a key member of our Extra Time Hub.
Currently running his own virtual clubs for our participants too, he's the perfect ambassador for what we aim to do as a charity.
