Meet Lauren
Lauren joined us after seeing an advert for our Traineeships on social media. She wasn't sure what she wanted to do next after a turbulent time in education beforehand.
Across the 12 week course, she changed into a "brand new Lauren" - focused, determined and with her sights set on a career in sport!
Our traineeships aim to support anyone aged 16-24 back into education, employment or training, regardless of career interest. You can find out more below.
