Derby County Community Trust work in partnership with Derby County Women to provide an elite Female Talent Pathway at Derby County.
The women's first team competes in the Women's National League North, tier 3 of the women's pyramid in England with our youth teams ranging from under 10's through to under 20's.
Derby County Community Trust oversee the delivery of our elite Female Talent Pathway with 9 age group specific squads, ultimately feeding into the women's first team.
