Our charity is guided by our incredible board of trustees who are responsible for our strategic direction. They shape and develop our delivery, help us to tackle challenges and build new programmes.

With wide-ranging expertise covering finance, education, safeguarding and media, their support is invaluable to our staff and teams.

They meet regularly, alongside key members of staff, to review ongoing delivery and suggest new pathways for development. 

All of our trustees support us voluntarily to ensure Derby County Community Trust is best placed to improve lives and communities across Derbyshire.
