KS1 Fitness is Fun
The KS1 Fitness is Fun Festival, is a mixture of fitness-based activities like HIIT, Relays and Circuit training. Exercises are adapted to the age group and are focused on introducing fitness training to students.
The festival will take place at Willows Sports Centre, which is an indoor sports hall style venue, on 25th January.
Max one class per school booking.
