Jamie's Story

Meet Jamie

Jamie struggled to maintain a heathy, balanced diet before coming onto the programme and didn’t know what he was putting into his body. But by completing the 12 weeks he has made positive changes to his lifestyle, which have already started to have an  impact on his life.

 He explained: “I have learnt all about what to eat and nutrition and how I can make subtle changes to my diet to become healthier. Small adjustments makes big changes! I have also been introduced to various exercises to help me gain stamina and fitness, these are all exercises I can do at home. It has made me feel better in myself and sleep better too!”

His progress was unfortunately hampered by an injury, but thanks to taking part in Fit Fans he feels he’s now able to continue his journey and make further steps forward to a healthier lifestyle.

He said: “I have had an injury and I was also very ill for a week so I haven’t changed as much as I would have liked, but I have the tools and knowledge to continue to implement the changes I have been taught! I am VERY confident over the next 6 months I will hit my target weight of 13 stone!"

Jamie was very grateful for the help he received on the programme.

Chris and Keith are great coaches and made the experience enjoyable.”
