Keeping a Healthy Body and Mind this Ramadan

Working with partners across the city, including Commuity Action Derby, the Hamari Sehat project, local mosques and the Pakistan Community Centre, our Wellbeing For All project has produced a guide to a keeping a healthy body and mind throughout the holy month.

It advises on foods which will help you to stay full, the importance of routine and how exercise can support your wellbeing.
