This is an INSPIRE Event, where KS2 participants get to take part in a fun run around Markeaton Park to celebrate the London Marathon taking place on the following weekend. 

Please register your school to take part in this event, children from Year 3 - 6 can participate in this 2km Fun Run. You can bring a maximum of 30 runners. 

There will be parking available at the park. On arrival, please register your team at the Register Point. There will be a 'Mass Warm Up', prior to the Fun Run starting. The Fun RUN will consist of 2 laps (optional to finish after 1st lap), around the designated 2km track. 

Further instructions and a floor map will be sent once schools have booked onto the event, which will clearly outline all of the above in more detail.
