Derby County Community Trust is delighted to reveal the winner of this year’s Premier League Primary Stars Christmas card competition as seven-year-old Finley.

The Trust received many entries to this year’s competition, with Finley’s design of a festive soccer Santa stood next to a brightly lit tree being crowned the winner.

Finley is a regular face at our weekend club and this Christmas, wanted to make a difference and help other children. He ran a 5km Parkrun, raising over £500 for the Salvation Army’s Christmas Present Appeal.

The design proudly sits on the front of our Christmas card which has now been printed and is making its way our to participants and partners who have been involved with us this year.

Derby County Community Trust would like to thank everyone who entered this year’s competition and congratulate Finley on not just his winning card, but his true community spirit this Christmas.
