Derby 10K - Back for 2024!
Derby County Community Trust’s flagship event returns on 24th March 2024, where thousands of runners will take to the city streets at the annual Derby 10K.
Running since 2002, the springtime fixture is a permanent part of the city’s calendar, inviting participants from across the region to get involved in the race.
Over 3,000 participants registered for last year’s event, sponsored by local sportswear brand HUUB Design. This year, we are thrilled to welcome IT and print service suppliers DNS too, who will be the supporting sponsor for 2024.
As usual we will have something for the younger runners with the Family Fun taking place after the main event.
Dean Jackson, owner and founder of HUUB Design, said:
‘’We are proud to call Derby home and are honoured to have been partners of the Derby 10k since 2019. It's been wonderful to see the race develop each year and we are delighted to be the supplier of your Derby 10K T-shirt too. We are excited to see you all on the streets of Derby in a fully closed-road route which takes you right past HUUB HQ!’’
The event is one of the Community Trust’s biggest fundraisers, generating thousands of pounds for their vital projects each year.
Simon Carnall, Head of Community, added:
“Every year we see people taking on the event as a personal challenge or fundraiser, with some runners trying to go for a personal bests and others here to join in for the very first time.
“As a charity we’re all about supporting health and wellbeing and as our flagship event, the Derby 10K embodies that commitment.”
Runners are encouraged to take the early-bird offer, which takes £5 off your overall booking fee with the code 10K2024 - valid until 9am on Tuesday 26th September.
