We care about our community; we care about our people.  We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Projects & Development to join our Senior Leadership Team in this newly created position.

About You

With a caring & compassionate nature, you will be an experienced programme leader with the ability to work closely with stakeholders to build relationships and ensure that our projects and programmes are innovative, impactful and sustainable.  You will have a deep understanding of the sector and alignment with our mission and purpose, together with the ability to strategically lead at pace on the proactive response to community need.

About the Role

The purpose of the role is to lead the strategic design, development and implementation of programmes that advance DCCT’s mission.  You will manage the Education, Health, Inclusion and Schools & Coaching departments to drive growth across existing programmes whilst seeking new innovative opportunities and range of activities for the Trust.
