You will possess excellent interpersonal skills, with a deep understanding of the sector, industry trends and competitive landscape to shape the organisation’s long-term strategic direction.

About the Role
The purpose of the role is to identify and develop strategic business opportunities, partnerships and collaborations that will drive DCCT’s growth and financial sustainability. You will manage the Events & Projects, Fundraising & Partnerships and Marketing & Communications departments to drive growth, seek new opportunities and activities for Derby County Community Trust, in addition to working with a range of stakeholders to lead on strategic planning for a sustainable future to support our projects & programmes within the community.
