An introduction to meditation and breathwork

Meditation can be used to train the mind to be more calm, sharp and peaceful. It can be used to relax, to be better prepared for life’s challenges and to have a wider understanding and acceptance of the depths of our being. Breathwork or Pranyama focuses on using the breath as a tool to create different affects within the body. It can be used to increase energy, access the rest and digest nervous system or to regulate temperature amongst many other things.
