Celebrate World Menopause Day with our exercise taster session suitable for all abilities! Leave the workshop feeling strong and full of them good endorphins!
30 minute simple, safe, fun, low-impact aerobic exercise workout. Improve cardio fitness, strengthen muscle and bones, increase range of movement and mobility whilst enhancing your mood as you move and singalong to nostalgic uplifting music.
30 minute introduction to Pilates. Combination of standing and floor exercises using slow controlled science based moves to condition and strengthen muscles, core and improve posture. A mind body connection which will make you feel strong, empowered and relaxed as we conclude with a stretch.
