Looking towards Paris Olympics 2024 we want to inspire your students by giving them their own mini Olympic experience, this event will feature opening ceremony with speeches & music as pupils walk out on to the track. They will then rotate around Olympic themed stations before taking to the track for some friendly races.

Number of Students: 30 students (mixed gender)

This is an INSPIRE Event, the aim of the Mini Olympic Festival is to give children the chance to experience a wide range of activities such as Track events, field events such as shot putt and javelin. As well as other olympic sports including Rugby, tennis, Hockey & Golf.

Each school can bring 30 Y5/6 of students, with roughly 50/50 split of boys and girls.

EACH SCHOOL CAN BOOK TO ATTEND ONE DATE, EITHER 15th MAY or 12th JUNE

The event will run over a full day at Moor ways Athletics Stadium, with a carousel of Olympic themed sports activities, finishing with track races and relays in the afternoon.

Schools need to arrive at 9:45am for a 10:00am start, and will depart at 14:00.

Students need to bring a packed lunch.
