This bootcamp will heavily focus on helping you lose any Christmas weight and inches!
Re-Bootcamp is here to help you start the New Year with a new fitness regime to get you in shape and feeling great.
Each week we will cover different topics on how to reach your goals more effectively such as: portion sizes, hydration, hidden sugars and calories in alcohol.
We will weigh and measure at week 1 then again at week 6, so you can see the results for yourself!

Time: 7:00pm to 8:00pm
