The Derby County Community Trust’s annual fundraiser, the Colin Bloomfield Charity Cricket Cup, is set to return on 14th July, from 12pm with the game starting at 2pm. Taking place at Spondon Cricket Club, the Derby County Allstars team are set to defend their crown against the Spondon side.

The Derby County team has stormed to victory in the last two years, and ready to take to the field again are ex pros Roger Davies, Craig Ramage, Seth Johnson, Marc Edworthy, Mark Stallard and Michael Johnson*, who are joined by matchday announcer Matt McGibbon, with further stars to be added to the line up too.

The Ram Slam is an annual fixture which provides a full day of entertainment for all the family with Rammie’s penalty shoot out, burger and ice-cream vans, raffle and a chocolate tombola being just some of the activities available on the day.

A range of fantastic prizes are up for grabs on the raffle, including Director’s Box tickets at Pride Park, a 32″ TV and signed merchandise.

Entry to the day is taken on the door at just £2 for adults with children going free. Families are welcome to bring their own picnics with the bar being open for the day on site too.
