JOE WICKS – I’m sure many of you are familiar with Joe Wicks and his workouts. Starting Monday, Joe will stream live a video daily at 9am from his YouTube channel #PEWithJoe.
CHANCE TO SHINE CRICKET – If you haven’t already done so, Chance To Shine is the ECB’s schools cricket programme and is FREE to sign up to and access a bank of free resources.
LTA SCHOOLS TENNIS – I sent this out earlier in the week, but the LTA have just launched their refreshed primary school PE/Tennis programme.
BBC SUPERMOVERS – Many of you have probably used this before, however the Supermovers programme has plenty of fun curriculum linked resources to get your class moving while they learn, with work in the pipeline to develop videos and resources to use at home.
PREMIER LEAGUE PRIMARY STARS – similar to BBC Supermovers, Premier League Primary Stars has a wide collection of free, curriculum-linked activities to educate and entertain children at home.

Resilience has a powerful effect on health – by boosting physical and emotional well-being. SuperBetter is for young people over the age of 13 who who want to feel happier, healthier, and more able to reach their goals.
Rise Up + Recover – is just the app for you if you are struggling with food, dieting, exercise and body image. Based off self-monitoring homework, a cornerstone of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), it is a simple and convenient app that has been used millions of time around the world.
