What is Pre and Post Natal?

Pre and Post Natal exercise classes are specially designed for women who want to stay fit and healthy throughout their pregnancy, and after the birth. It is safe exercise that is tailored around you and your baby.

Who is it suitable for?

  • Before the last 4-6 weeks prior to due date
  • If birth was by C-Section, you can attend 8-10 weeks post-delivery with approval from midwife/health visitor/doctor.
  • If birth was natural you can access after post-natal check up
