New Year, Better You?

Woman celebrating completing Derby 10K

Kickstart 2022 by joining one of our programmes which will encourage healthier habits, to make you feel great about the new year!

Back for the new year, our Active Supporters programme has previously helped hundreds of males to reduce their weight and enjoy the health benefits which accompany doing so. Whether you need advice on portions, alcohol consumption or keeping fit at home, our qualified team have the support for you!

Running across the wider county, sessions return in January and are free for males aged 18+ with a BMI of 25+, or 23+ for those of BAME background.

Sessions will include football, walking football, circuits and gym sessions, and will begin in Ripley, Heanor and Swadlincote this month.

Fit Fans also returns, taking place at the home of the Rams! Join like-minded fans who would like to start 2022 in the best way. We have a dedicated female and male cohort, and the 12-week course mixes theory and exercise to not only provide activity, but to encourage you to keep active beyond the sessions!

Female sessions will run from 6-8pm each Tuesday from 18th January, and male sessions each Wednesday, at the same time, from 19th January.
