Get Fit At The Home Of The Rams With Brand New StadFit Sessions

Burn fat and boost your fitness at Pride Park Stadium with our unique StadFit sessions!

Taking place four nights a week at the home of the Rams, StadFit is a great way to increase cardiovascular fitness and health.

The sessions are based on HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) principles, giving participants the chance to take part in quick bursts of exercise mixed in with recovery.

They are perfect for losing a bit of weight, improving metabolism and reducing blood pressure with sessions providing both women’s only and mixed gender opportunities. The full timetable is below:

Monday 6-6.30pm Women Only
Tuesday 6-6.30pm Mixed
Wednesday 6-6.30pm Mixed
Thursday 6-6.30pm Women Only

Starting from 8th May, sessions take place in the South-East Corner and involve circuits in the concourses before getting out and running the stairs of Pride Park Stadium.
