Why fundraise for Derby County Community Trust?
Our aim is to use the power of Derby County Football Club to improve lives through sport, physical activity and education, and by pledging your support, you’re helping us reach that goal, and ensure more people in Derby and Derbyshire are leading happier and healthier lives.
In 2018 alone, the Trust worked with and impacted the lives of 24,709 people ranging from ages 3 to 103 years old. Our programmes have raised attainment in schools; developed employment pathways; helped people get healthier and stay more active; built stronger and safer communities and ultimately made a difference to a record number of people.
Your efforts support the development of the invaluable programmes delivered by the Derby County Community Trust in the local community.
These programmes include; rehabilitation for those struggling with substance misuse, supporting the recovery of cancer patients, providing sport sessions for those with Down’s Syndrome, volunteering programmes in Kenya, education programmes studying A-Levels and BTEC qualifications, among many more.
