Derby County Community Trust are looking to recruit a confident, resilient, and pro-active individual for the role of Safeguarding and Compliance Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective development, incorporation and implementation of all Trust policies and procedures. Previous experience within a safeguarding role will aid you in the support of all staff’s effective promotion and protection of the welfare of all participants within all the Trust’s activities and programmes.
A keen eye for detail will assist the successful candidate with ensuring all relevant essential staff qualifications are up to date, including Safeguarding and Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks. Previous experience working within compliance would be desirable.
