JOB DESCRIPTION

NCS Team Leaders

We are looking for passionate individuals to lead a team of 16-17-year olds for our NCS programme during the Summer for a 4 week position. This is a fantastic chance to be part of an intensive programme which has positive and tangible outcomes for young people.

Team Leaders will have to encourage, motivate and inspire their team to get the most out of their NCS experience. To do this, candidates will need to be confident and engaging whilst leading their team by example. Where team members face challenges on programme, it will be the task of the Team Leader to provide guidance in the form of supportive and constructive advice.

NCS is an experience of a lifetime that has the potential to change a young person’s outlook and future. As a Team Leader, you will therefore get the chance to inspire the youth of today by acting as a positive role model.
