Derby County Community Trust have launched a free physical exercise, stability & social programme aimed at rams fans aged 65+.

The programme, which is ran in partnership with Derby City Council and Nottingham University, is based at the iPro Stadium with sessions running on a weekly basis.


Sessions will run for 1 & ½ hours and look to provide participants a range of exercises to improve stability & muscle strength which will help to improve physical fitness and reduce the risk of falls.

Along with the exercise, there will be a social side to the programme where participants can share their favourite Derby moments whilst getting the chance to take a look at some Derby County memorabilia and enjoying the free tea, coffee and biscuits.

The programme is completely free to attend and is aimed at both men & women. Sessions take place at the iPro Stadium on Thursday afternoons 1.30pm-3.00pm from.
