Active Ewe is a free physical activity programme offering females across Derbyshire the chance to get fit and active.

The aim of the programme it to give the women of Derbyshire an outlet to socialize and improve their physical fitness through weekly sessions.

The programme will look to empower Derbyshire females aged 18+ who currently do less than 60 minutes physical activity per week. All activities are accessible and will take place on a weekly basis across the city, from the ‘home of the rams’ at Pride Park Stadium to leisure centres and other community venues.

Clubbercise offers a blend of simple aerobic and street dance moves with high and low impact options aimed at all abilities. Because of the high and low impact options Clubbercise is perfect for both beginners and those already taking part in exercise! This Clubbercise session is free to those who are signed up to Active Ewe programme.
